Snapshot: Muskoka Brewery’s secret BBQ

Last night marked the second instalment of Muskoka Brewery’s Hidden Kitchen series, hosted by Ivy Knight and Chef Matt Kantor.

In keeping with the barbecue theme, the atmosphere was more raucous than last month’s sturgeon and caviar dinner. With a sold-out crowd of diners packed into Ossington resto Goed Eten, Chef Matt worked with guest chef and competitive barbecue champion Jason Rees to prepare a menu of pork ribs, beef brisket, fried okra, Muskoka beer ice cream, and more.
